Lose weight in 7 day

Formula weight 7 days, before eating the food. To drink 2 glasses of water before, and each meal as food.

Day 1.

           Breakfast: fruit juice or yogurt post.
           Lunch: two eggs boiled eggs.
           Dinner: Salad.


Day 2.

           Breakfast: fruit juice or coffee, no sugar no cream.
           Lunch: two eggs boiled eggs.
           Dinner: yogurt.
 

Day 3.

           Breakfast: yogurt with sugar or
coffee, no sugar no cream.
           Lunch: Pork.
           Dinner: 1 piece of pineapple.
 

Day 4.

           Breakfast: bread, a plate of juice or coffee no sugar no cream.
           Lunch:
1 piece Grilled chicken and salad
           Dinner: yogurt.
 


Day 5.

          
Breakfast: fruit juice or coffee, no sugar no cream.
           Lunch:
1 piece Grilled chicken and salad
           Dinner: yogurt.



Day 6.

           Breakfast: fruit juice or coffee, no sugar no cream.
           Lunch: Steamed fish and fish burned.
           Dinner: fresh milk.


Day 7.
           Breakfast: fruit juice or coffee, no sugar no cream.
           Lunch: two eggs boiled eggs.
           Dinner: yogurt.
